Your customers have a simple login and can access TeamUp via your website with the TeamUp widget installed, via Facebook if you add the widget there, or via their phone with the mobile apps.

Some of my customers don't use the Internet. Can I still manage them through the system?

Yes, you can help your customers book and pay using TeamUp on your computer or phone.
